We begin with a comprehensive discovery session to understand your business, goals, and audience. From there, we develop a strategy to achieve verbal and visual clarity before moving into the design phase, where your brand identity system is crafted. The final step is delivering assets and implementing your brand across all touchpoints. Beyond this primary engagement process, there could be nuance based on the scope and complexity(s) of your project.

2. How long does it take to complete a branding project?
Our timelines vary based on the project scope, but most branding engagements are completed within 4–6 weeks. For smaller deliverables or expedited services, such as workshops or specific assets, timelines can range from a 48 hours to a few weeks. 

3. What deliverables can I expect from a branding project?
Deliverables typically include a logo identity bundle, typography, color palette, brand style guide, and other assets like iconography, patterns, stationary designs or social media assets. We also provide strategy documentation to ensure consistent implementation of your new brand across varying touchpoints for consistency and scaleability.

4. How much does it cost to work with Mantle Branding?
Our pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the project. We offer customizable solutions, starting at $3,000 for foundational branding packages and higher-tier services for more complex needs such as user experience and interface design and/or various marketing collateral and creative. We also provide subscription-based pricing for ongoing design support as well which cover miscellaneous design services.

5. Can you help if I already have a logo but need additional branding?
Absolutely! We can build on your existing logo by creating a complete brand identity system, including a style guide, messaging framework, and additional design assets to ensure a cohesive and professional look. If you need additional collateral designed, we can assist with that, too.

6. Do you offer expedited or rush services?
Yes, we can accommodate expedited timelines for select projects or deliverables. Additional fees may apply depending on the required turnaround time - not to exceed $150.00.

7. How involved will I need to be during the process?
Your input is crucial during the discovery and feedback stages. We strive to keep the process collaborative but manageable for your schedule, with clear communication at every step.

8. Do you provide ongoing support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer ongoing design support through our MANTLE+ subscription services or on a project basis. This ensures your branding remains consistent as your business evolves. Mantle also faciliates your creative assets and designs to appropriate vendors when you need production solutions ie; flyers, signage, apparel or promotional items.
